This private studio manages media, publishing drafts, schedules and authorized social account connections for Bin Usmani Travels.

Uploaded media, captions, account tokens, approvals and delivery records are stored on our hosting server. Account credentials are not returned to the dashboard. Authorized platform APIs receive media and metadata when approved content is published.

For destinations connected through Buffer, Buffer receives the approved media, caption and publishing request. The studio stores its API key privately and reads channel identities and post status to confirm delivery. Buffer permissions can be revoked in the connected platform account settings.

Google and YouTube user data

The studio uses authorized Google access to identify your YouTube channel and upload videos you approve. Channel identity and authorization tokens are stored privately on the hosting server. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or sent to the AI caption service. Its use and transfer comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnect YouTube in the studio to remove its active connection. You can also revoke access at Google Account connections. Ask your studio administrator to delete stored media, drafts and delivery records.

When you choose Prepare with AI, images or sampled video frames and relevant brand context are sent to NVIDIA hosted inference services. Do not submit private customer documents or material you lack permission to process. Audio transcription is not currently enabled.

The local scanner syncs candidate names, project-relative paths, file hashes and file sizes. It uploads only supported media explicitly selected through Folder discovery, and does not automatically upload raw production assets. Authentication uses a secure session cookie.

Contact your studio administrator for questions, deletion requests or account disconnection. Only upload and connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
